Joyce Bailey, a former high school teacher, began her real estate career in 1986 in Louisiana before coming to Atlanta in 1996.
Included among her career accomplishments: broker/owner of her own real estate company for over 10 years; currently an associate broker with Keller Williams Cityside; certified residential appraiser for over 10 years; certified general appraiser for 10 years (GA license #208716); earned a Master’s Degree in Education (LSU); taught real estate classes and appraisal classes since 1993; owner and operater Bailey Academy of Real Estate since 2002; special committee member and Subject Matter Expert for the Appraisal Qualifications Board of The Appraisal Foundation; education committee member for the Georgia Real Estate Commission and Appraiser’s Board; and while in Louisiana: trustee for the education foundation; a state and local board member; and holds the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation.
